Richard is an exceptional IT Executive and Business Consultant with 25 years of experience in IT systems, digital projects delivery and advisory consulting.
Richard’s specialist skills are in shaping and re-energizing the delivery of technology projects and associated business strategy. He delivers both strategic and tactical outcomes taking a mix of delivery, advisory and mentoring-type roles, depending on client needs.
Richard works on a part-time or temporary full-time basis as a Chief Information Officer, Project Manager, IT Support Manager and Technical Consultant. Richard takes a hands-on approach and moves seamlessly between the Company Board, senior managers, staff and vendors/partners to deliver IT strategy and drive positive change.
